1. HERO BLOCK (above the fold) — 35–45 words total
- Line 1: Brand name + category in 6 words max.
- Line 2: One-line pitch (≤18 words, no "revolutionizing", no "disrupting").
- Line 3: ONE traction stat with a time window (e.g. "$220k revenue in first 9 months, 38% repeat rate").
2. PROBLEM — 50–70 words. Concrete pain, named customer, dollar cost or time cost. No TAM hand-waving.
3. PRODUCT — 50–70 words. What it physically is, what's novel about the formulation/build, and what the customer feels in the first use.
4. WHY NOW — 40–60 words. Two structural shifts (regulation, ingredient cost curve, channel shift, cultural shift) that make this the right 24-month window.
5. TRACTION — exactly 3 bullets. Each bullet: metric name, number, time period, and a one-sentence definition so the reader can't misread it.
6. TEAM — 2 lines per founder max. Name, role, one prior credential that proves they can ship this specific company. No "passionate about".
7. ROUND — 4 lines: size (), instrument, post-money or cap, use of funds (3 buckets with %).
8. CONTACT — founder name, email, calendar link placeholder.
After the one-pager, output a section titled "PASSES THE GUT TEST?" with exactly 3 bullets. Each bullet is YOU, the VC, critiquing the page from an LP's perspective: what's the weakest claim, what number will get challenged first, and what's the one line that would make you take the meeting. Be blunt.
Rules:
